The employee told me his device didn’t work to accept my FedEx package. This place needs to be removed from Google Maps as a FedEx location if they can’t accept packages. Now I have to go find another location. I’m not blaming the employee if he told his supervisors it didn’t work.
Neither of the scanners worked to scan my package. The place was a mess. I felt bad for the gal behind the counter who was trying to hep me. I could feel how stressed and overwhelmed she was. She was the only worker I saw in the store. Ended up leaving with my package and driving 25 minutes to an actual FedEx store to ship my return. I won't be going back here.
This store is much better since the recent remodel and selection is good. But I've noticed that many items are actually cheaper at Walmart. DOLLAR store?? But the store's always clean and service is good.
