Great handling of delicate items ,on time deliveries and a very helpful shipping store
FedEx continually “relabels” my shipping address from STREET to Terrace. My FedEx packages then go to the occupant on Terrace. He throws my packages away! He has informed me that he will continue to do this. He also has informed me that he has “an Arsenal”. I have tried unsuccessfully for months to contact FedEx. They have a “virtual” bot that is of zero help, and will not connect me to a live representative. Would not take my package as she “did not have room for it”. Instructed me to take it to WalMart as it is “just down the road”.
