Called the 800# to ask a question and the asinine AI would not provide an answer. It just kept saying, "I'm sorry. I didn't get that." INFURIATING!
FedEx never gets my packages where they’re supposed to be and you can’t even get through to nobody on the phone and the customer service website is a joke. It won’t even take you where you need to go to file a claim. This is the picture of where they delivered my package this time. I have no clue where this is. Terrible customer service
