FedEx is hands down the worst delivery service around. Always late, never professional, and God forbid you need to actually talk to someone. Can't even get an explanation on why an important package sat for 2 days in Kansas and is now late because it sat for 48hrs+. Strongly suggest using USPS or UPS. FedEx is trash
Went to drop a package off and needed a receipt. No one was at the front desk. I then hear a voice saying I'll be with you in a moment. She could see me on camera and yet made me wait. Three minutes or more because she was "in the warehouse. " Customers at the front desk should be more important than what's happening in the warehouse.
