I had a great experience at FedEx OnSite. Friendly staff and a genuinely pleasant experience overall. Great service and a comfortable, well-kept space. Would happily return and tell friends about it.
Didn't tape return address secure and package came back
FedEx is horrible. No phone number to call. No online support to reach. The phone was automated with 3 options with no human to help. Everything is done online now. Shipping station couldn't fill my order. I paid a huge sum of money to write my own label. $140 for a document sent. And no customer support? Really?
