Label printer down yesterday. Fine. Printed the label myself today and now they can’t take it the FedEx guy came earlier and the room is full, but maybe tomorrow after 3pm. Damn!!!
The front entry staff were friendly and helpful. But the clerk handling the FedEx was terrible. I was the first person in line and instead of helping me he helped the person behind me. Really, Really ... Do Better.
The service here isn’t great. I had to buy tape for my package and the manager didn’t have the courtesy to wait for me while I packaged. I had to wait for her again to take the package. I expected better service here. If it weren’t for the sweet gentleman, I would’ve given one star. You need a better manager if you want this place to be successful.
