I don't understand the negative reviews-those individuals just didn't perform basic research that clearly says this is just a drop-off box-without any Fed Ex services. That's their fault! This drop box location is conveniently located.
It's not even a FedEx, it's a Dropbox and you need to already have your postage printed and affixed.
