I missed my original delivery date, so I gave a bad rate. I called the service number and explained it through a survey. I stated that I would upgrade it if I received my package the day it revealed on the track a package site. 10:30-2:30 I received it after 4:00 pm. I rate it a three. I am happy to have my package. Next time I Will track it before they tell me, so I don't have to wait around all day for. I will just pick it up from the office if needed.

I was completely shocked at how well my transaction went yesterday morning. I have had horrible experiences at this Walgreens and swore I would never go back, but , I needed to use fedex. I was sending off a cancer/ genetic mutation test which is really scary and has to be delivered across the country the next day.The woman behind the counter was super helpful, sweet, quick, and reassured me that it would get there.( which was exactly what I needed) I may not use Walgreens for anything else, but, I absolutely will for fedex.

Delivered my package to my neighbors house in the pouring rain & my items were soaked.
