I waited around 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I finally asked if there was someone from FedEx available, the employee started yelling at me that “everyone here is FedEx.” Then she told me they would not ship my package because they had no supplies available. So my question is: if you operate as a FedEx location, why are there no supplies to ship packages, and why are customers being yelled at for simply asking a question?
One of the few Fedex locations around here open late. The cashier at Walgreens was really nice and efficient and we got our packages dropped off in no time
