Always quick, polite and patient.
I had an urgent medical CD to send to doctors at the NIH. I was also late to see my husband who was impatient in the hospital. I got to the FedEx mailing center 5 minutes before it stated opening time at 9:00 a.m. . The woman behind the counter was doing nothing and I just heard to her asking that she please let me in. She just pointed at her watch and then stood there for 5 minutes until it was opening time. She could see I was panicking and did nothing to help.
