THIS IS NOT A TRUE FEDEX! This is simply a Duane Reade with a FedEx Banner inside! You can ONLY DROP OFF packages! And GOOD LUCK getting a receipt! If you have a UPC code….and just need to scan and drop… THEY WONT TAKE IT! As they do not have ANY equipment to SCAN PACKAGES FOR FEDEX! I walked IN THE RAIN to get my package to FedEx…only to learn this! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME … just go to the 96 St location! Extremely Disappointed!
They refuse to do QR code returns even though the fedex website says they should
