Drop offs are somewhat fast… usually looking for the scanner. It’s local so makes it easier than driving to a full FedEx store.

The only complaint is Google search did not say anything about the FedEx being INSIDE the Walgreens. And I would think a sign of some sort would let one know it is. Although, the FedEx staff was STELLAR! I wasn't familiar with FedEx's procedure, and even though I couldn't return my item, those women were cordial. Something that is rare these days in customer service. Thank you (my failing memory blanks on your name.) Looking forward to the next interaction. 🤠
