Bad service Did not deliver my package had to go pick it up instead.
Easy to pick up a package when I couldn't be home to answer my door.
I thought it would be very easy to just show the fedex QR code on my phone to return a package here. I was wrong…they are extremely rude and unhelpful and made me package my own item. They almost didn’t let me leave my large box on the counter when I went to get tape and then made me get in line a second time to buy the tape to package my item.
