The manager Claudia is extremely rude and incompetent. I would like to speak with thr owner of the Fed x regarding her service
Very neat and clean. Staff member actually was at the door, held it open and they all greeted me when I entered. Oddly pleasant. I was directed to the self service machine as a man with a dolly full of boxes entered just ahead of me. I got a quick verbal lesson on the machine and was done/out in less than 4 minutes. Great customer service here. Impressive.
The staff was very helpful and were able to attend to what I was looking for.
