No issues, this is a Fedex Onsite inside a Walgreen’s. Sometimes there is a bit of a line, but I always do my returns here and have never had an issue.
Never ship cell phone or electronic devices here or with any fedex. They steal.
The staff member dealing with FedEx at the location inside the Wall Green was very rude and completely unwilling to help customers (Aug13 2024.08:20am)Every time I asked a question, her response was, "I don't know." If she doesn't know, why is she working there? The higher management should consider firing her. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I am writing this review not out of spite, but out of sheer disbelief at the consistently appalling service at this location. It feels like a twisted joke every time I visit. The level of rudeness and audacity displayed by the staff is beyond comprehension. My experiences are not isolated incidents; friends and neighbors echo similar, if not more outrageous, experiences.
