Great staff
I unfortunately didn’t know if I was supposed to fold the label or cut part of it out. Therefore I packed and sealed the return in a bag, but didn’t attach the label that I had previously printed at home. This was a huge mistake because I truly upset the person who took my return by not having attached the label and by not bringing my own tape.
