The guy was polite, handed me the package.
I shipped a mid size box with tracking. I told the associate that it was worth $600. I put Fragile all over the box. The associate said she would label it accordingly. After two days it was shipped and the contents were damaged. Fedex said to make a claim which I did. They never contacted my customer to verify or research, then sent me a message my claim was denied. They also said if you have additional pictures of the packing send them for review.
