I attempted to drop off a thin box with a jacket in it (17” wide x 23” long x 3” thick/tall). This package only weighed 5 lbs and they would not take it. The size and weight limits clearly fit within the FedEx size restrictions and the Walgreens sign in the store (maybe they should update that for clarity). There was plenty of space to leave the package with the other packages they had ready for FedEx pickup but the clerk claimed “there’s no space”. Took a package there today, Sunday. Website says they are open Saturdays and Sundays, but closed on Monday - Memorial Day. Walgreens clerk says "Fedex closed on weekends, come back tomorrow." I say, "but Fedex is supposed to be open Saturday and Sunday, tomorrow's a holiday." She says, "better come back Tuesday." Who's to blame here, Fedex? Walgreens or both?!

Lady inside wouldn't allow me to drop off package and was rather rude, saying there was not enough room. There clearly was enough room.

Fedex drop off location that is open but refuses to take packages even though Fedex location hours says they're open. Website says that the limit is 55lbs, they say it's 40. Carried in a 55 pound package and had to carry it back out because they "don't have room" useless customer service and dishonest store hours.
