Fedex drop off location that is open but refuses to take packages even though Fedex location hours says they're open. Website says that the limit is 55lbs, they say it's 40. Carried in a 55 pound package and had to carry it back out because they "don't have room" useless customer service and dishonest store hours.
Rude Lady behind counter was rude and said she won’t help me go somewhere else Avoid her at all costs. She should not be in customer service.
The drop off location in Walgreens at 20 Hatton Place, Hilton Head Island would not accept a properly packaged pre-labeled shipment on Saturday, August 23, 2025. Conversely, Walgreens at 11 Palmetto Bay Road did accept the package. It’s on its way. The clerk at the latter Walgreens location was more customer service oriented, as well.
