Best way to send packages or important stuff to it's destination!
This is completely unacceptable, our package needed a signature. We were waiting for our package to be delivered, we watched the fed ex driver pull up and drive away without getting out of the car, then received a notification that there was an attempted delivery. We live at Beach and Tennis Resort and our Fed ex tracking. I reached out to fed ex on Facebook and they helped us locate the driver and have him come back. Happy ending but most packages remain at the bottom of the stairs as they won't bring it to our door.
Store Associate is not one of the best. She did not want to be as helpful as she should have been. Maybe because I am I am latin. She sent to the Main Fed Ex store because she said I needed a scaning code and she said "well I don't have one either". And told me to go to main store. In either case if she does not like to work there...then she should nit be ther.
