I had to go twice to get horrible cust. svc. from 2 rude Walgreen staff after a third staff did not bother to send conformation txt nor did he provide a tracking number yesterday. So the rude agents today were rolling eyes, shaking head and say Jesus. Then justify they are third party when I inquired why Fedex Walgreen keep dropped package for 3 days before Fedex picks it up tomorrow I hope. Walgreens team members represented FedEx with high integrity. I had an oversized parcel that they weren’t sure they could handle but they did the due diligence, learned they could accept my big box and we all lived happily ever after.
They have no idea what they can and can’t accept weight wise or measurement wise, and their customer service is horrible. Save yourself time and go elsewhere.
