Need to drop off a FedEx package? Great. Just make sure you’ve already done literally everything yourself. They don’t print labels, their scanner is broken, and they can’t do much beyond accepting a fully prepared box and hoping the FedEx driver eventually swings by. I drove 14 minutes expecting a FedEx location and discovered it’s really just a package holding area inside a Dollar General. To be fair, the service level fits the surroundings.
