Absolutely horrible trying to work with or track a package along with an awful website that is hard to navigate it also glitches and trying to get ahold of a real person is impossible I genuinely have no idea how something can be run so poorly they have me an estimated time is 8:03am and 8:00pm on a Tuesday for a package that has to be signed and absolutely no useful updates
