I had a very unpleasant experience at the FedEx Authorized Ship Centre at 1804 W Broadway, Vancouver around 1:00 PM PT. I came in to drop off a prepaid return package containing valuable items (a laptop). I politely asked the employee working there for assistance, as I already had the return label and wanted to ensure it was handled properly. 我對聯邦快遞的物流服務非常失望。為了找到我的包裹，我必須在兩個不同的聯邦快遞自提點之間來回奔波。我收到的聯邦快遞門牌上寫的是另一個地點，我接到的聯邦快遞自動語音電話也說是另一個地點，追蹤訊息卻顯示是這個地點，最後聯邦快遞客服竟然讓我去這個地點。聯邦快遞客服也讓我更加焦慮，他們說我的包裹會在5個工作天內退回給發貨人，但卻從未說明具體的截止日期是什麼時候。當我到達這個自提點時，工作人員卻束手無策，因為他們根本找不到我的包裹，也沒有提供任何幫助。 各位發貨人，我懇求你們，為了避免收件人的麻煩，請不要使用聯邦快遞。這很容易導致混亂，讓收件人感覺被困住了。

Very poor service! Refused to supply a receipt for my FedEx drop off. I will never go here again. There’s an alternative. Only three blocks away with the service is excellent.

I needed to drop off a FedEx package. The girl was really nice. Unfortunately, the place doesn't specify they dont print the label that FedEx provides with the QR code. She kindly indicated a nearby office where they accept the QR code and print the label for you
