Woman was very rude and unprofessional. Upon arrival, the door was locked. Woman was outside on a break, which is totally fine, but she took my package from my hands before even asking. So I had no idea she even worked there until she explained. Then the printer wasn't working so the only reciept I could get needed to be emailed. But she couldn't understand me when I was spelling out my email, so I offered to type it myself but not accepted. I brought an online order for return to this location. I had specific instructions from the retailer telling me to show the clerk the QR code and they would print a label for me. This location apparently does not print labels and now I'm stuck calling every FedEx location to see if they'll actually take my package or not. FedEx locations without full services should be required to publish that information on Google so people don't waste their time!
