The employees dont know how to use the rf gun to take packages. So they make up excuses and say its broken. Dont expect to ship from this dollar store. Only a select few know how to take packages. Sucks.
If you have a FedEx package to drop off be sure it’s tiny otherwise they won’t take it, I know there’s a weigh limit but the box was not huge! It was less than 3lbs- they turned me away bc the box was “too big, and they won’t be able to take any other packages for the day” Either put this on your site or don’t offer FedEx drop off
I took a package there under 50lb the clerck told me that if it doesn't fit in a shelve they have they do not take it. I will never bring any fedex packages to this location.
Nice ppl, they can only take packages that they can actually carry. The weight limit is 55lbs, but if the person at the desk can only lift 30lbs and your box or whatever is 40lbs, it will not be taken. 🤷♂️ try your luck.
