I got home to find a delivery of 5 large heavy boxes at the top of my driveway instead of on my porch. A driver with any common sense would have put the boxes on the porch instead of 100 feet away and so heavy that I can't move them. I tried calling and got cut off twice after giving someone all the information. The third time I called they kept asking questions and I couldn't get through to anyone. This kind of customer service really stinks.
Do not give FedEx your banking information. I shipped two packages estimated at a total of $74 dollars. I purchased the labels and dropped off the packages. Five days later I was billed $189.80, taken directly from my account. I contacted FedEx and I was told the matter would be reviewed and I would receive an email concerning the inflated charges, several weeks have gone by and nothing. Don't use FedEX they break your things then will not pay the claim. Why buy insurance them if won't pay and don't tell you why.
