Lady working asked how heavy it was. I said it is 40 lb. She touching it and said “Nope. If I can’t lift in I’m not taking it”. FedEx states the Walgreens location accepts up to 55 lb. Dude younger than me was working there, just looking at me. A big PITA for me.
