The fact that I requested for a signature and the delivery person FORGED my name! My mom and dad were home waiting on the package for me, only for the delivery guy to drop the package off and leave. What if someone would have walked off with my package? The worker lied about the proof of delivery WITH MY NAME SPELLED WRONG! It was signed T. CARTER! Who is that? And I hate the fact that there is not a on site number to speak with a supervisor!
I would recommend just paying the extra money and having them come pick up the package at your house because this place is only open a couple hours a day and you better have your package ready to go.
