Get on line as if you were going to buy something in store, ask for fedex drop off, they scan nice and quick, give them your number for text msg shipment tracking, and boom all done. Everything went well, however i asked if they printed labels and they said the system was down so I’ll knock off one star for that. Had to go out of my way and get some ink to print at home but it is what it is. Their truck drivers abuse their trucks for their own personal use...to save parking spots on residential streets. Parking for hours on end taking up residents parking spots. Lack of professional workmanship. I use usps and ups due to fedex being unprofessional and abuse of their trucks for personal gain. I contacted fedex for this issue . They don't seem to care that they do and break laws when they do
