Nobody knows too much about the machines. They want you to scan each paper individually, even if you have over 100.
True story. Went in today to return an item. Waited 32 minutes for them to try to get their, “Fed Ex” computer working. They told me they were Walgreens, not Fed Ex and that they were just a, “drop off location.” Biggest waste of my time. 32 minutes- and then I left WITH my package. Trust me on this one- choose ANY location other than this one if you need to drop something off.
