Actually, this is for Chatsworth location, delivery drivers. They are dumb. Anyone with brains, would look for buzzer directory in an apartment building lobby, when delivering packages, food, etc. Oh, but that takes 5 sec out of their time. Especially when it's an 11 unit apartment building. That is what that little phone is for gentlemen!!! But, since it's all been men delivering, then that makes sense
