They’ll turn you away without hesitation, leaving you to find an actual FedEx location. It’s incredibly frustrating when you go out of your way, only to find out they won’t handle anything remotely heavy. If they’re going to offer this service, they should make it clear upfront instead of wasting customers’ time.
