Worst customer support I have ever had the displeasure to work with. If you are going to have me talk to an AI how about not having it hang up on me in the middle of a call.
FedEx is a joke and so is anyone associated with them. Misdelivered my package, with a picture taken at the wrong house… put a claim in and they said there was nothing they could do and to get ahold of the company who sent it, company who sent it said no fedex needs to find it and deliver correctly, try to get ahold of fedex again and the claim number they gave us said it was closed problem was resolved…. It was absolutely not resolved so now we’re out $80 and can’t get fedex to do anything!!!
Wonderful service
Over in photo is where they deal with fed ex. They do not print labels. They only ship. I needed a label printed and shipped but they did tell me where else I could try that wasn't located on my Google search for fed ex buildings. Very nice people for helping me!
