Left my packages on the street side of a rural mailbox. One package in the road.
I received a package that is not mine. When I tried to call I could not get through to a customer service representative. The package delivered is from a different city, not sure how they could screw that up. I now have to go deliver this package to the correct address. Ridiculous!
