Long line but hardly had to wait.
They don't Really do anything. If you go there plan on having to wait a while for someone to show up and help you. He's not that friendly or helpful with any questions. He won't print labels either. They basically pay someone so you can hand the package to them. Recommend UPS if you can. Review is for Waunakee only.

Fed ex guy was just pulling up, he took my package from me without even having to get out of the car. Wish I knew who that guy was he was awesome!
