The young man at the desk was absolutely amazing. So smart and a cutie too
"you need to go to a real FedEx store" Can't handle drop offs, apparently.
Great customer service! I was experiencing trouble picking up my package instead of getting it delivered and when I showed up to the facility they were almost closed. One employee Scarlet, stopped to help me as she was leaving. She called her manager and they were able to help me get my package! They were both very polite and helpful!
