TERRIBLE. I’ve been trying to get my package delivered for a week— customer service keeps telling me it’s going to be delivered, then they don’t show up or even leave a tag. Then they tell me it’s at the station where I can pick it up; YOU SAID YOU’D DELIVER IT. I DON’T HAVE A TRUCK, THAT’S WHY I’M GETTING IT DELIVERED. Completely useless drivers and customer service reps.
Thete is no FEDEX sign outside the store, so I though Fedex site was closed
