Not very friendly...
I am getting the absolute run around from Fed Ex. Honestly this location is worse than the post office. I received a email from a manufacturer to return a defective piece of equipment and I got an email with a link to a bar code since the shipper is paying for the return. I get to the location, no wifi so phone doesn't work. Bar code doesn't work. I have a screen shot for the label and offer to email then the label for them to print it out.
