Lowest quality service. Actually I wouldn't even call it a service. I had a 70 pound ebike that was supposed to be deliveted between 10am - 2pm. I woke up early and have been waiting the entire day staring through my window. It hits 1:53pm and I receive an email saying "we tried to deliver your shipment, but customer not available." Called out of work twice for a package I have to sign for. No one showed up either day. Had to get the original shipment replaced. How do you not only lose my package the first time then not even show up the second. What is the point of saying I need to sign for it at a specific time if it is a LIE. PATHETIC COMPANY WILL NOT EVER USE AGAIN
