I am STILL waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago, now I wouldn’t be upset if this was the first time but unfortunately they delivered my last package a MONTH late I called and was met with an AI if you’re going to be incompetent have at least, at the very absolute least have a PERSON to account for it I understand that people get very upset and it’s stressful but as a company ask yourself WHY so many people are getting upset I can’t even get a refund because was already sent out and its with fede... read more

They’ve lost 5 of my packages coming in 3 separate shipments from different sources all within the last 10 days! When I call the Canadian help number I’m literally speaking to someone in actual Guatemala who really can’t do anything except tell me there’s ‘an ongoing investigation’ but they actually don’t know where my packages are.

Good morning I have been waiting for a delivery for over a week. After contacting the office my package had a tracing system put on it. The FedEx driver came to my door this morning. She found the package for me. She had put it half way up the driveway (because our driveway is steep) (it was covered over by snow and we didn’t see it). Fortunately she had wrapped the package.
