FedEx received my amazon order of a matress in a box, and keeps putting it off day after day. If FedEx doesn't have the resources or manpower to ship this, then why accept it? I'm upset with Amazon for using FedEx, and with FedEx for not delivering on time. It was more cost effective to order a matress for my move in date, been sleeping on a floor waiting for it. If I don't get it tomorrow, FedEx and the seller can eat the bill on sending it back!
Two of three customers were told to use the self-checkouts for scanning items. I also found the customer service to be rude.
