The The guy at the counter was miserable. He didn’t say hello. Didn’t Say you’re welcome nothing. I brought in two brake calipers to be returned, and the guy questioned me why I had duct tape on the box. I said it’s a little heavy that’s why I taped it and then gave me a dirty look when he lifted the box. It literally weighed about 10-15 pounds. i’m like GUY if you can’t lift 10 pounds maybe you should go work at a petting zoo

They say they cannot ship anything with a battery in it so if you’re looking to return a iPhone or similar item don’t waste you time.

Dropped off a package, about 3 feet tall and 35 lbs pounds, label printed and on the box. The representative was very nervous to take it - afraid that it was too large and heavy for them to take. Their posted limit is 55 pounds, 48” x 25” x 25”. She asked 3 times what was in the box, even though the picture of the item was on the outside in sealed manufacturer packaging. What should have taken 20 seconds instead took 5 minutes and 2 employees (she asked a manager to help) to manage. Sigh.
