They said my package was to big and I had to go to cromwell
Dropped off a package, about 3 feet tall and 35 lbs pounds, label printed and on the box. The representative was very nervous to take it - afraid that it was too large and heavy for them to take. Their posted limit is 55 pounds, 48” x 25” x 25”. She asked 3 times what was in the box, even though the picture of the item was on the outside in sealed manufacturer packaging. What should have taken 20 seconds instead took 5 minutes and 2 employees (she asked a manager to help) to manage. Sigh.
Said open at 7am and still close for another hours waste my time and gas they need to fix ur schedule hours to prevent people wasting time
