I went to ship a package at the FedEx counter inside Walgreens, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When I walked in, the two employees behind the counter, who don't take pride in their appearance, just stared at me without greeting or offering help. After I told them I was there to ship a package, one of them responded, “Uhhh… if it doesn’t fit in here, then I don’t know what to tell you,” while pointing at what appeared to be a locker. I went to ship a package yesterday. I'm a little older, and using apps can be challenging for me. I asked the person behind the counter if he could help me. He was very rude telling me I had to get the app and get a label. He was dismissive and annoyed with me. I left, tried to figure out the app. After struggling with this for 1/2 hour, I decided to try another fedex. They were so kind and helpful. I didn't need an app or print a label at all. Fedex at this location cannot scan a QR code for shipping nor can type type a number into a computer to send a package...
