I went to ship a package yesterday. I'm a little older, and using apps can be challenging for me. I asked the person behind the counter if he could help me. He was very rude telling me I had to get the app and get a label. He was dismissive and annoyed with me. I left, tried to figure out the app. After struggling with this for 1/2 hour, I decided to try another fedex. They were so kind and helpful. I didn't need an app or print a label at all.
