The staff is very friendly and helpful at the Walgreens, but they don't have any FedEx supplies!!
They do not tell you about weight limit restrictions. Tried to return a package that was 60 pounds and carried it in, out of my car and they tell me it's too heavy for them to let fed ex pick up, regardless that I had a return label fastened to the box. Their weight limit is 50 pounds.. this restriction should be posted on EVERY drop off location website. Thanks for the added frustration. Just doesn't make sense because the package was also picked up from the same location..
FedEx is so frustrating getting a STRAIGHT ANSWER OF WHERE PACKAGES ARE AND OR GOING . I get updates stating the packages are delivered BUT NOT EXACTLY WHERE . DEFINITELY TO ME . IM NOT BLIND I KNOW I DONT SEE ANY PACKAGES .
