They through my envelope on the ground in the rain.like they did not want to get out of the truck.this is unexceptable. All the important paperwork was soaked.very unhappy.
Every time one specific person delivers my packed- he throws them or slams them on my porch. I am enraged that I paid $100 the first time, and I let it go due to nothing be broken. But this time I paid over $300 on another item for it to be treated like trash. Both items say fragile, & glass inside! Also, left where the rain soaked it when the boxes clearly say “ do not leave in the rain “ Very unprofessional.
It was okay.... kind of slow service when I was there waiting and in a hurry but whatever 😪 it took me about 10 min for someone to come and help me
Fedex is terrible if there is an issue. Difficult to talk to a person and when you do they are from China or somewhere with terrible english. How long are we going to put up with this crap. The app told me to sign up for their tracking manager but it does not work. Said there was an error sending a code.
