The worst delivery service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I paid the extra fee, and even so I can no longer see any updates on the website. My shipment is an immigration document that I paid over $450 for, and literally no one at FedEx is capable of explaining what happened and why is just stopped at this facility. All phone customer service is completely unprepared and they only repeat scripted responses. A trash company that I will never use again. More than 3 days late for an extremely important item!!!
