Helpful, friendly staff.
Poor customer service by the employees at this location, came to return a water dispenser that is under their weight and height limit. Manager didn’t even try to confirm it, just said they won’t take it. Wasted time and energy driving it over and carrying it in.
Fedex is just getting better to return a stuff they have drop off box around the city just go to google and search it near you then you find it
I went to the FedEx drop off-site in Morgan Hill and they were extremely nice and helpful. I took my packages beautifully. However, the fedex in gilroy off tenth street.We're very rude, didn't want to take any packages and actually said their wi.Fi was down. I really don't think I believe her. If her attitude was nicer, I probably would, but she wasn't very nice.
