IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. Cannot talk to a human being that works for FedEx at this location. The Trail Ralcomm and Purolator people are awesome in there but anything FedEx related is awful. Packages will go to our (rural) property, knock on our door realize that no one is home cause we work 9-5 jobs, trigger our reactive rescue dog (who is safely inside), go back to the facility, attempt delivery tomorrow, knock on our door, dog loses her mind, realize that no one is home AGAIN CAUSE WE WORK, package goes back to facility an... read more
Why oh why do you keep leaving our packages behind the gate where it can be picked up by anybody?? We have a sign saying, “please use the alley”… why do you think the front gate is locked? Common sense people! The alley is wide enough and house number on the post… if all other couriers can do it, why can’t you?
