They won't accept my package 5lb because she sey is to heavy and the FedEx not gone pick it up. After the conversation the worker call the manager and she accept the package.
This place is horrible. The ladies are not helpful they will refuse boxes of a certain size. There scanners dont work , they told me the fedex driver told them not to except boxes of a certain size.
The lady at the Fed Ex counter extremely unhelpful. Said the label wouldn’t scan and when I asked if she could print the label since this was also a print center she said no and walked away. I thought she was going to come back but she never did. I would never go here ever again for your shipment needs. Go to an actual Fed Ex
