I came to drop off a package and the lady at FedEx kept arguing about my box being too heavy. I weighed it at 47lbs at home before sending it, and she kept insisting that there’s no way the package is under 55lbs even though she didn’t try to pick it up herself. I told her she can weigh it to see herself, and she said, “No, call FedEx to come get it at your house!” I offered help to her but still she refused. It’s highly unprofessional.
