Like others have posted, was met with very hostile and rude employee. Refused to take a medium sized box. Employee was extremely rude. I even pointed out that their website said they take boxes up to 55lbs and she points to her tiny post office scale that's about a 4" square and said anything bigger than that scale and they won't accept it. Absolutely crazy...why be a FedEx drop point just to make your customers angry when you refuse the most basic of service and human decency. Tried dropping off a FedEx package and was told because it was over 20 lbs that they would not take it. Why are you advertising as a FedEx drop off point and having ridiculous conditions on the packages that can be dropped off? They told me to go down to Clinton Twp at 15 mile and Groesbeck, about 45 min drive away. The location details on FedEx.com say this location will take boxes up to 55 lbs and 48x25x25. My box is about 30 lbs and 36x8x6. Why would you tell me to go somewhere else when my box fits well within your limit... read more
Clean easy access facility. Have used several times and staff has always been pleasant and helpful with offering cart for large packages. Also, the self serve kiosk for small items is easy to use and very quick.
